We provide our services on an 'as is' basis and make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds within the time period specified, after which funds may be subject to applicable escheatment laws.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where you have mandatory consumer rights under local law that cannot be waived.
